We want your visit to be as comfortable as possible. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a friendly volunteer who will guide you through our shopping area. You are free to browse and select the items that best meet your family's needs in a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental environment. Our space is designed to ensure your dignity and privacy at all times.

Before You Book

Ensure you have a child under 19 living at home.

You must be a resident of Chilliwack or surrounding communities.

Have your identification ready for your first visit.

Plan for a 15-20 minute orientation during your initial appointment.
